European Week of Sport at ESJM

Sports is one of the fundamental pillars of the curriculum offered at Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz. At the start of the new school year, the Physical Education Disciplinary teachers promote the European Week of Sport 2023, which will take place between the 25th and the 29th September.

This week covers the most diverse sporting activities, from water sports, fencing, swimming, volleyball to badminton, among others.

Interspersed with this program, lectures and an exhibition on sports practice at Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz are also planned.
The Physical Education teachers are in charge of the initiative, with the collaboration of CEOL.
Screenings, namely measuring students' anthropometric parameters, are also planned.
