Make-A-Wish Christmas Activity 2024

The coordinators of Extracurricular Activities at Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz presents the Make-A-Wish humanitarian initiative to the entire educational community, from the month of November until the end of the 1st term.

This mission aims to make wishes come true for children and young people, between the ages of 3 and 17, throughout the national territory, with serious, progressive, degenerative or malignant illnesses, providing them with a moment of strength, joy and hope.

Imbued with the spirit of unity and solidarity that characterizes the Christmas season so well, each teacher can and should register their class in the sale of stars, which are the object of raising awareness, decoration and, at the same time, raising funds to make wishes come true , since each star is associated with a minimum donation of €1.

We would like to inform all interested teachers that they can register on the noticeboard in the teachers' room from 8 November. Each teacher should indicate their class, so as not to duplicate registration. They should also tell the coordinators the total number of stars they want.
