“Liceu” takes students to Poland as part of the Erasmus+ project

Between October 2nd and 6th, five students and two teachers from Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz participated in a mobility within the scope of the project “A Different View of the World”, in the city of Lódz, Poland.

Over the course of five days, students and teachers from Portugal, Croatia, Greece, Italy and the host country, Poland, participated in various activities, such as photography workshops, group work, competitions, various presentations and field trips, always with the aim of developing skills in terms of not only personal learning and thinking, but also interpersonal skills.

During this week, the students and teachers involved had the opportunity to learn new things, work collaboratively and discover new cultures and new realities. Everyone, without exception, had unforgettable experiences and made friends forever.

In the end, it became clear that this type of experiences plays an extremely important role in the integral development of students, allowing them to broaden their horizons and providing them with practical knowledge about the world and the cultural diversity that surrounds them.
