Athlete Emanuel Gonçalves shares his life experience

European Week of Sport completed another day of celebrations at Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz, highlighting Volleyball Day, in order to promote a sport that has also been gaining a large number of fans.

The lecture on the theme “Life taught me to win”, with former international adapted swimming athlete and former ESJM student, Emanuel Goncalves, as speaker, was one of the highlights of these celebrations.

The vast student audience followed with attention the testimony of Emanuel Gonçalves' life, namely sharing his suggestions and experiences on how to win in sport and in life. The moment of debate was also particularly enriching, with the questions raised by young students.
